STAY OVERNIGHT IN A WORLD HERITAGE SITE

Welcome to our unique hostel in Suomenlinna sea fortress! We are located just a 15-minute ferry ride from the center of Helsinki, with ferries running regularly from morning to nightall year round.

Our hostel features 39 beds in eight rooms across two floors, two common areas,and a guest kitchen for light cooking. You can book a cozy private room for oneto seven people or a bed in a dormitory. All our beds have high-quality,multi-layer, appropriately firm foam mattresses that ensure a good night'ssleep. Extra beds are available upon request (10 € per bed).

We offer all our guests free Wi-Fi, a guest computer, TV and books, as well asfair-trade coffee and tea. In our showers, you will find shampoos andconditioners made in Heinävesi - Finland.

Children are welcome guests here! Our facilities include a chest of toys, outdoor play equipment and boardgames. There are pottys in the rest rooms, and a high chair in the dining area.Baby / toddler beds are provided free of charge. Well-behaving pets are welcome in our private rooms. Unfortunately, we do not have allergy rooms. Hostel Suomenlinna is not fully accessible. Wheelchair access is possible with assistance, and accommodation is available in the larger rooms on theground floor. We have an accessible restroom and shower, and we use mildly scented or fragrance-free cleaning products.

‍Reservations can be made through this channel until noon on the same day. After that, we will accept reservations by phone. We will send a confirmation message to the email address you provide. The message will contain important information (including the door code to the hostel). Please make sure to enter youre mail address carefully when filling out the reservation details. Don’t hesitate to ask us for help with your reservation.

 You will need a debit or credit card to book a room/bed. We will automatically charge your card for there servation 48 hours before your arrival. Cancellations are free of charge upto the automatic charge date. We provide a 10% discount on accommodation with the hostel card (HI Hostels) and the Museum Card. Mention the card inthe “Discount” field of your reservation and/or inform us on-site. The discount will be credited to your total amount paid upon presentation of the card.
